By accessing or using TraceLogic, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

TraceLogic is a fibre optic diagnostic and learning application available on iOS and Android. The service includes diagnostic tools, OTDR trace analysis, reference materials, and training content.

3. Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or the Stripe customer portal. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer or decompile the application
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to circumvent subscription restrictions

5. Disclaimer

TraceLogic provides diagnostic guidance and educational content. It is not a replacement for professional engineering judgement. Diagnostic recommendations should always be verified before taking action on live fibre networks. TraceLogic accepts no liability for decisions made based on its output.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and intellectual property in TraceLogic is owned by TraceLogic or its licensors. Your subscription grants a personal, non-transferable licence to use the application.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
