Frequently asked questions
Does it work offline?
Yes. All core features work 100% offline including diagnostics, SOR parsing, calculators, reference library, and learning modules. Only account creation, subscription verification (cached for 30 days), and AI queries require connectivity.
What OTDR manufacturers are supported?
TraceLogic parses standard Bellcore/Telcordia .sor files. It has been tested with EXFO equipment and should work with any OTDR that exports standard .sor files.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. All subscriptions are managed through Stripe and can be cancelled at any time. You retain access until the end of your billing period.
What platforms are supported?
TraceLogic runs on iOS and Android phones and tablets, with full iPad optimisation including split views and multi-column layouts.
How does company pricing work?
Company plans are priced per seat with a minimum of 2 seats. Each seat gives one engineer full access. Company admins can manage thresholds and view team activity from the web dashboard.
