When you create an account, we collect your email address and basic profile information. When you use TraceLogic, we may collect usage data such as diagnostic sessions started, features used, and optional feedback you choose to submit.

OTDR trace files (.sor) are processed entirely on your device and are never uploaded to our servers unless you explicitly use a cloud feature.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

  • Provide and maintain the TraceLogic service
  • Process subscriptions and payments via Stripe
  • Improve diagnostic accuracy through anonymised, aggregated feedback
  • Send important service updates (never marketing spam)

3. Data Storage

Account data is stored securely in Supabase (PostgreSQL) hosted in the EU. On-device data (diagnostics, traces, settings) is stored in SQLite on your device and is never transmitted without your explicit action.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

  • Supabase - Authentication and data storage
  • Stripe - Payment processing
  • Vercel - API hosting
