First-time setup
- Install the app from the relevant store
- Open the app and tap "Don't have an account? Sign up" on the sign-in screen — this opens the website signup page
- Create your free account (no card required)
- Return to the mobile app and sign in with the email + password you just created
- The app pulls your projects (if any) and you're ready to test
Already had the app on a previous phone?
Just install fresh and sign in. All your projects, assigned cables, and diagnostic history sync down within seconds (assuming you're online for the first sign-in). After that, everything works offline.
Where can't I find it?
If you're in the EU and don't see TraceLogic on your store, that's likely a Digital Services Act compliance step in flight on our end — please email info@tracelogicpro.co.uk and we'll check.
